When Porky met Petunia – our signature sandwich

House made sausage patty wrapped in a blanket of bacon, topped with a freid egg, house aioli & old cheddar cheese


The Sloppy Texan - Smoked and slow roasted Pork hocks

 First we smoke locally sourced pork hocks for 6 hours, then nestle them in a pan of their own juices and slow roast them for another 6 hours for a 12 hour cook time Finally we hit it with PEC Hot Sauce “Hooch” BBQ sauce and top it with our creamy county coleslaw


Carson’s Serendipity

Locally sourced prinzen chicken thighs lightly battered then tossed in our spicy Consecon honey house sauce, placed on top of dill pickles & finished with creamy coleslaw all between a tosted pretzel bun

The Nicky San-Meat-Toro (V)

Eggplant Parmesan, stacked high and smothered in our house arrabbiata sauce and layered with a mozzarella & Parmesan blend


I’m Mushy Over you melt (V)

Local mushrooms sautéed with sweet onions & Garlic topped with melted provolone, fresh local basil and drizzled with a balsamic glaze

The Gillingham “Buff” Burger

6oz Hops & Heifers water buffalo, medium cheddar cheese, topped with our made in house gillingham pale ale aioli & beer sauteed onions

The "Tripper" Meatball  

House made meatballs, slow cooked in our arrabbiata tomato sauce, topped with local parmesan & fresh basil nestled between a garlic toasted soft baguette
