When Porky met Petunia – The Bacon Explosion Burger

A pillow of house-made Pork Sausage wrapped in a hand woven blanket of bacon, smoked for 3 hours, sliced into patties, topped with extra old cheddar, a fried egg, blue wheelbarrow mustard greens & our house aioli


The Sloppy Texan - Smoked and slow roasted Pork hocks

 First we smoke the lovely local hocks for 6 hours, then nestle them in a pan of their own juices and slow roast them for another 6 hours for a 12 hour cook time Finally we hit it with PEC Hot Sauce “Hooch” BBQ sauce and top it with our creamy county coleslaw



Beer can chicken, melted extra old cheddar cheese topped with thick cut house cured/smoked Bacon and PEC “Hooch” BBQ sauce on a jalapeño cheddar bun

Eggplant Parmesan, stacked high and smothered in our house arrabbiata sauce and layered with a mozzarella & Parmesan blend


I’m Mushy Over you melt

Local mushrooms sautéed with sweet onions & Garlic topped with melted provolone, fresh local basil and drizzled with a balsamic glaze


Grown-Up Grilled Cheese

Assortment of local Artisan Cheeses, drizzled with balsamic glaze and our house hot pepper relish all smothered between a hearty multigrain rye

House made meatballs, slow cooked in our arrabbiata tomato sauce, topped with local parmesan & fresh basil nestled between a garlic toasted soft baguette 



The King Alphonse

Slow roasted, shredded local beef piled high, topped with melted mozzarella and hot Italian peppers - A Chi town favourite

Proscuttio, Proscuttio cotto & hot Genoa salami layered beneath Provolone cheese & Blue Wheel Barrow arugula with house marinated hot peppers drizzled with our balsamic glaze




 Bacon Philly Cheese Steak  

Garlic & local herb butter spread on a toasted sour dough baguette, stacked high with shaved Prime rib, sautéed peppers and onions, smothered with provolone cheese and a strip of bacon

House cured Canadian Back Bacon topped with a fried egg old cheddar Homemade hickory sticks and our house aioli
